The Container column Panel Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic cold bending roll forming production line specifically designed for container/packing rooms. It uses galvanized sheet and steel coil as raw materials, and after unwinding, leveling, pre punching, multi-stage roll bending, fixed length cutting, and discharging, it can form the four corner load-bearing columns (corner columns) of containers in one go. It is the core specialized equipment for container manufacturing.
Standard Configuration:
1.Uncoiler → Leveling machine → Pre punching unit → Cold bending host → Hydraulic cutting → Discharge platform → PLC electronic control system
2.Molding process: 26 processes; Roller material: GCr15 bearing steel (quenched HRC58-62)
3.Applicable plate thickness: 1.5-3.0mm; forming speed: 8-15m/min
4.Control: PLC+frequency converter+encoder, length accuracy ± 0.5-2mm
