The Steel Dovetail Profile Roof Floor Deck Roll Forming Machine is an automated specialized equipment that adopts continuous cold bending forming technology, designed for mass manufacturing of dovetail (necking) type floor support plates for steel structure buildings. The whole machine consists of a hydraulic unwinding machine, a leveling feeding mechanism, multiple precision roll forming units, a servo positioning punching system, a hydraulic cutting device, a finished product conveying and stacking line, and a PLC touch screen control system; Hot/electroplated galvanized steel strips with a thickness of 0.7-1.5mm can be processed into dovetail shaped floor slabs at room temperature in one go, without the need for high-temperature welding, fully preserving the strength of the steel and anti-corrosion coating.
