ZTRFM – C Profile Stud and Track Steel Drywall Roll Forming Machine is a specialized automation equipment based on continuous cold bending forming process, designed for mass production of C-type vertical/horizontal keels in building light steel partition wall systems. The whole machine usually consists of an uncoiler, leveling feeding, multi pass precision roll forming, servo tracking punching, hydraulic cutting to length, finished product conveying and stacking, and PLC human-machine interface control system; The 0.4-1.2mm thick galvanized steel strip/color coated steel strip can be processed into a precise size and regular cross-section C-shaped keel in one go, without the need for high temperature heating throughout the process, maintaining the original strength of the steel and the integrity of the anti-corrosion coating.
