Equipment Core Introduction:
The Fully automatic Diamond shaped lock mouth tube forming machine is a specialized automation equipment designed for continuous cold bending of diamond shaped lock mouth structures at the end of metal pipes. Through multiple sets of precision rollers and servo hydraulic cooperation, it can process standard diamond shaped bite lock mouths for round pipes, square pipes, and special-shaped pipes at once, achieving rapid pipe docking, sealing locking, and structural enhancement. It is widely used in fields such as air ducts, water supply and drainage, municipal pipe galleries, mechanical structures, and prefabricated buildings, and is the core equipment for deep processing and system assembly of pipes.
The whole machine consists of six major systems: unwinding leveling, automatic feeding, multi pass roll forming, servo positioning, cutting/closing, electric control and hydraulic. It adopts continuous roll forming technology, which does not require heating, welding or waste, and the forming process is stable and controllable. The equipment is compatible with commonly used pipes such as galvanized steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, carbon steel pipes, aluminum alloy pipes, etc. The processing diameter and wall thickness can be customized according to specifications. After forming, the locking size is uniform, the bite is tight, and the mechanical properties are stable, meeting the requirements of batch standardized production.
