1.Highly automated and intelligent:
The entire production line is controlled by PLC and touch screen (HMI), and operators only need to set parameters. The equipment can automatically complete the entire process from raw materials to finished products. Some high-end devices also integrate industrial IoT modules, supporting remote monitoring and fault diagnosis.
2.Multi purpose and flexible:
Many devices use a combination of adjustable rollers and quick mold changing systems, without the need to replace the entire set of rollers. By adjusting the roller spacing and replacing a small number of molds, multiple widths (such as 100mm to 860mm) and heights (such as 50mm to 150mm) of cable trays can be produced on one device, with short mold changing time and suitable for the production needs of multiple varieties and small batches.
3.High efficiency and precision:
The continuous forming speed can reach 10-15 meters/minute, and the online punching speed is 2.5-6 meters/minute. The production efficiency far exceeds traditional manual cutting, docking, and bending processes. The servo control system ensures product dimensional accuracy (up to ± 0.1mm) and a uniform and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
