The Double Layer Glazed Trapezoidal Tile Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic cold bending forming equipment that integrates upper and lower layers. One machine has two different rolling molds on the upper and lower layers, which can simultaneously or separately produce metal antique glazed tiles and ordinary color steel roof panels.
The equipment uses color steel coils and galvanized steel coils as raw materials, and automatically completes the entire process of unwinding, leveling, pressing, cutting to length, and discharging. It is controlled by PLC computer, without the need for manual repeated debugging, and can be used in one machine with low land occupation and high investment cost-effectiveness.
