Full Automatic Wall Angle Roll Forming Machine

The Full Automatic Wall Angle Roll Forming Machine (also known as angle iron forming machine, angle steel cold bending forming machine) is a core equipment for metal cold bending processing. It uses room temperature roll cold bending technology as the core, continuously and gradually bending metal strip steel (coil material), and forming equal sided angle steel and unequal sided angle steel (L-shaped steel) products in one go. It integrates unwinding, leveling, feeding, roll forming, straightening, cutting, and punching, achieving automation and continuous production.

Main structural components:

1.Open coil leveling system: carrying coils, automatic unwinding, leveling strip steel, ensuring the flatness of the incoming material.
2.Forming host: including multiple sets of precision rollers (7-15 sets), frames, and transmission systems, it is the core forming unit.
3.Straightening mechanism: corrects bending and twisting of angle steel to ensure straightness and angular accuracy.
4.Cutting/punching unit: flying saw, hydraulic shear or CNC punching, realizing fixed length cutting and reserved hole processing.
5.Electrical control system: PLC+touch screen, setting parameters, automatic control, fault alarm, counting and statistics.
6.Discharge and receiving system: finished product conveying, automatic stacking, packaging assistance.
