1.One machine with multiple uses and strong adaptability:
By replacing molds or adjusting rollers, products of different sizes and shapes (such as K-shaped gutters, semi-circular gutters, square/circular downspouts) can be produced to meet different architectural design needs.

2.High efficiency automation:
Adopting PLC automatic control system, supporting fixed length cutting and automatic counting. Some models can produce continuously at high speed, with a speed of 10-15 meters per minute, suitable for batch operations.

3.Accurate molding and high strength:
The board undergoes multiple cold bending processes, resulting in uniform deformation and a smooth and even surface of the profile. The equipment body is mostly welded with steel plates and tempered, and the roller shaft is quenched with 45 # steel, which has high overall rigidity and is not easily deformed.

4.Good sealing and drainage performance:
The formed downspout is often connected with a bite joint, and the gutter is formed as a whole without welding seams. With a reasonable interface design, it can effectively prevent rainwater leakage and ensure smooth drainage.
