1.High degree of automation and convenient operation

The equipment is generally equipped with PLC control systems, and some high-end models are equipped with CNC touch screens that support digital input and adjustment of parameters. It can achieve the full process automation of feeding, forming, punching, cutting, and receiving without excessive manual intervention. The forming frame is mostly made of cast iron structure and tempered. The roller shaft is quenched and tempered with 40Cr, and the forming mold is quenched with GCr15 to ensure long-term operation of the equipment without deformation and minimal wear. By using servo tracking cutting, intelligent correction and other technologies, the product size tolerance can be controlled within ± 0.1mm, and the straightness deviation of the keel is less than 0.3mm/m, far exceeding industry standards.
