The core process is:
After the metal strip steel is uncoiled and leveled, it enters the cold bending forming unit and undergoes continuous cold bending deformation by multiple passes (usually 14 to 40 passes) of rollers, gradually rolled into open square tube billets. Subsequently, the pipe blank is seamlessly connected to the fiber laser welding unit, and the laser beam is focused on the pipe seam, instantly melting and fusing the material. Finally, the weld seam is processed online, and the finished product is cut to the set length by a flying saw or tracking cutting system.
