The servo motor drive system can precisely control the bending angle of each pass, with the cutting length error controlled within ±1mm, ensuring that each bracket interface is perfectly fitted and zero rework during on-site installation.

Facing the complex support specification requirements of distributed photovoltaics, we have introduced a quick-change mold system and modular roller design. In the past, changing models required 2-3 hours, but now it can be completed in just 15-30 minutes. Whether it’s the mainstream C-shaped purlins, high-strength I-shaped medium-pressure blocks, or large-span supports for agricultural-photovoltaic integration, one machine can flexibly switch production and respond quickly to orders of multiple specifications.

The maximum forming speed can reach 15-25 meters per minute, supporting continuous online punching functionality. While forming, bolt holes and installation holes are precisely punched, completely breaking through the traditional process breakpoint of “punching first and then forming”.
