Replacing the traditional spur gear meshing transmission with worm gear box transmission can make the structure of the door frame forming machine more compact, the transmission effect better, and facilitate later maintenance.

– The worm gear box includes a main worm gear box and several driven worm gear boxes.

The motor drives the main worm gear box to rotate, and the other driven worm gear boxes are sequentially connected in series with the main worm gear box for transmission, so that a single motor can drive all mold shafts to rotate synchronously.
– A speed governor is added between the main worm gear box and the motor.

The input shaft of the speed governor is connected with the motor through a sprocket chain, and the output shaft is connected with the main worm gear box through a coupling, further optimizing the transmission effect.
– The motor is installed at the center of the housing, and the speed governor is provided with two left and right output shafts, which are connected with two main worm gear boxes respectively, which can significantly enhance the overall transmission efficiency of the transmission mechanism.
